At RAINKISS, we want you to love your sustainable rainwear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your RAINKISS items in their original packaging or a similar protective mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
